A customer who wants to buy solar electric systems from Naps is the core of the Naps Quality Management System.

In April 2005 our quality certificate was extended and approved to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.

We have defined certain values for our quality, policy which we believe serve best the interest of our customers. These values are discussed below:

  1. The first value is satisfied customer. We deliver what a specific customer wants and needs. We offer the best solution to the customer to achieve optimum results. Therefore, customer satisfaction is a key parameter to measure the quality of our work.
  2. The second value is high technical quality, performance and reliability of the products. We offer products that push performance boundaries. We continue to innovate year after year, product cycle after product cycle.
  3. The third value is operational excellence. Our operating philosophy is to have good quality/price ratio, good service, and delivery on time most convenient to our customer. Constant improvement is a normal part of our work.
  4. The fourth value is a satisfied personnel. We work as a team and adhere to high business ethics. We work hard to fulfil our customers’ needs and we are a reliable partner. Personnel satisfaction is also a key parameter to measure the quality of our work.
  5. The fifth value is environmental consciousness. We choose materials, production methods, methods of transport, etc. in the way, which has minimal impact on the environment.
