Annual Electricity Production for Europe

The average annual AC production of Naps standard grid-connected systems is shown for various parts of Europe. Since electricity is produced from daylight the performance of the solar electricity will vary from month to month in line with the actual weather conditions.

The results shown are for a well-matched combination of a 1kWp solar array and an inverter rated at 850W. For other well-matched array-inverter combinations, there may be a small difference of a few per cent (+ or -).

Calculations include losses owing to module operating temperature, inverter efficiency and limits, average array soiling, module mismatch, cable resistance and diode voltage drop. They do not include losses for below-average sunshine, shadows or other factors.
