Complete or partial electrification of a village will strengthen community activities. Naps’ solar electricity system can cope with almost any kind of situation. For example a system could supply electricity for eight light fittings, for television, for radio and for a fan in a community house.

Solar electricity is reliable because it can run continually, regardless of external conditions. So the community house is able to provide service at all times under any circumstances. We can help in the design of a system that best fits the requirements of an individual community.

A custom-designed solar electricity system for the use of the entire community is sized based on calculations of the precise data for every piece of equipment and the weather data (going back at least 10 years) of the specific location. The system can be installed in the same way as any normal electricity installation, which means that the building can later be connected to the mains grid if necessary. Later, if a grid-connection is made, solar electricity can contribute to the building’s energy needs and serve as a secure back-up supply of energy in case the grid is unreliable.
